The model is the easy part.

You shipped the thing that answers. What you have not shipped is a consistent way to say “still thinking”, “I looked that up”, “that tool failed”, or “I’m not sure about this one”, and those four sentences are most of what your interface says all day.

The hard part isn't the buttons

The app has no system, so the fourth engineer to build a streaming response invents their own loading state, their own way to show a tool call, and their own apology when the model gets it wrong. Six months in you have four interfaces wearing the same colour.

The studio designs the system that stops that and writes the components that enforce it, not a Figma file that gets approximated in code later. Almost nobody sells this: not a claim about quality, just that the category is three years old and most systems were designed before it existed.

Eight states a component library built around buttons, cards and modals does not have.

The pattern set is $4,000 on top of Product or Everything. It is the one thing here that isn’t included by default.

Start by finding out what’s wrong.

$500, five business days, a recorded walkthrough, a written action plan and a competitor table, and it comes off the project if you book one.
